With regards to the rebate, they get advance loans against this rebate, so half (or more) will be used to pay that off. Captain Peter has pulled one last cash injection to keeps the lights on (or at least pay his salary) for a few more months. What will be interesting is how many of these "Directors" get leave payouts now that they have generously awarded themselves, even though they are technically all contractors employed through a fee for service arrangement.

Wonder how much of the directors and admin staff have their salaries contributing to "research".
