@zecs I spoke to James about this a couple of years ago and it makes a lot of sense when you understand the lineage of this discovery. This compound wasn't the result of some academics research it was a retired scientist in his shed. You don't need to publish and have your results and processes peer reviewed if your next employment contract is not predicated on publishing. There is no benefit to publish because the FDA will still require you to submit successful phase 3 study for their review and all you do is hand information on your IP to companies with much more money and a vested interest in taking your discovery.
