Toxicity is not an issue that has come up before, but as I understand it this trial was looking at introducing RECCE 327 directly into the lungs, while previous studies have looked at introducing into the bloodstream, taking orally (e.g. for Heliobacter Pylori), or for topical application (for treating infection in burns or other skin injuries).
