Relax, there are plenty of drugs which are highly toxic at higher concentrations but not highly toxic at lower concentrations. High dose toxic effects: EG Paracetamol - liver damage Gentamycin - damages hearing Nitrofurantoin - causes lung damage and also can damage peripheral nerves.
We use these drugs every day at the prescribed doses safely. Most patients will not have a toxic response. Sometimes we do levels to ensure we are not exceeding the margin of safety and adjust the dose accordingly. There are lots of other drugs like the ones above.
"not highly toxic at a small window of concentration" doesn't mean anything at this stage. It will mean something if they say it is toxic at therapeutic levels.
Trust me, RCE will be worth upward of $30 a share once everything proves okay. A bit of a caveat I suppose.
