The other 25m will have varying degrees of symptoms from nothing at all to mild. There may be some benefit in this cohort but how many is the billion dollar question and would it also be given to ex G20 populations - I don't think so.
IMO, COVID19 is fast becoming endemic just like all other viruses. We learn to live with it.
