    I'm in two minds about this, LT.

    If Pharma are funding trials with no dilution then there's no need to worry about any option shortfall.

    I think if this shortfall is going to benefit any shareholder over the next, it should be those holders that stumped up to exercise their options first. I fully acknowledge I've still not exercised and would be at the bottom of that list. I'd be very annoyed if any insider (especially those with minimal/ no holdings) received a look in. It's pretty much free money at this stage.

    We were told there would be material aimed at educating holders on the benefits of these options, yet there's only been a 2 pager pdf on how to convert (and what a f around...). I've reached out to every holder I know to provide unlicensed financial advice that they'd be fools not to pursue the scheme given the current SP. Some still had never heard of it (yes, that's ultimately on them).

    Avoiding unnecessary dilution benefits ALL holders, especially those without the financial literacy to understand why they would benefit from this scheme in the first place.
