I was at the agm yesterday. I didn't take notes but My take aways:

-Funded through 2024 not just to 2024
-Lynch is a very good talker and confident business man, introduced himself to me after the meeting while I was snacking on some fruit and was also likeable when not in business mode.
-Tillet speaks like a doctor, he felt confident in what he was saying but made me able to understand things in layman's terms. I got a lot of confidence from meeting him in person and not feeling like I was being sold to. A scary thought I had is that if Tillet isn't at race we are screwed.
- combination of Lynch and Tillet is perfect.
- there won't be any news on partnerships or buy out transactions until there is. They can't report anything that's going on in the background until it's basically done or ready for share holder approval.
- overall everything is moving along as planned, no reason to panic but this isn't going to be a get rich quick scheme if that's what you're here for. My timeline to hold for good returns is at least 2 years.
