Sad to see Phil step down from his role. But, very reassuring he is staying as a NED and supportive.
The change has been well communicated by RAC. The detailed announcement and video certainly is reassuring. SP unchanged. The move makes sense, RAC is trying to improve its capability matrix, and this announcement is in line with recent nominations.
It would send a very strong signal to investors if Damian's nomination is quickly followed by unveiling RAC's marketing strategy moving forward.
