I love Phil - smart, kind and generous guy. That said, this is the right move. The board has correctly identified that Zantrene's commercial opportunity has now outgrown the existing skillset and time commitment within the team and they're now bringing in heavyweights.
Interesting our new CEO has years of exec-level Pharma marketing under his belt as well. Good timing there.
This is yet another vote of absolute confidence in Zantrene and RAC in general. Quality attracts quality.
