    Mason, for cancer efficacy only (not cardio protection), based on the information you have to hand, what would be optimal dosing? I've always thought we would ideally administer low amounts (say 20mg/m2) twice weekly or something similar to this to ensure constant inhibition of FTO.

    I guess the upcoming trial where we measure the m6a levels will help guide future cancer efficacy trials.
