1. I am not in any position to comment on the time for ethics approval in HK and South Korea. Ethics approval wasn't the slow point with the EMD AML trial, it was governance approval (approval from the site) that held everything up. One of the advantages of starting in multiple locations is any delay at one site don't hold up approval at other sites.
2. Possibly (see 1).
3. Likely. We have obtained an overseas ruling in the past to enable up to 50% of the spending done overseas to be claimable. While I can't guarantee anything at this stage as is it is up to the tax office, my expectation is we will be able to get a similar ruling for this trial.
