It became a possibility when DT mentioned he had made 27 pages of notes on the "new" strategy. IMO it looks like DT was tired of certain individuals meddling in the CSO responsibility to recommend a strong program (as he mentioned questions should've been asked why RC220 and cardio protection programs took so long to get off the ground). Possibly left thinking the program would now be delivered without major changes and gave them a chance to show what they could do. CEO is the likely position to go when Chair acts. JC needed to go if he caused the delays and friction. Hopefully his shares will be block sold although we could be in for another prolonged share sale. At least problems were recognized and dealt with without a full Board spill that may have caused more disruption.
