The change I'd like to see is more unity... The last 12 months has been a joke.

I'd like to see RAC add more collaboration. They are too small on the global scale for what we believe Bisantrene can do.

Throw away the small talk. I hope we now go through a period of underpromise, over-deliver... There has been way too chat to the masses, which in my opinion only adds unnecessary risk to my investment. Given that there have been discussions in relation to comments made by multiple parties on FB, HC, Twitter and LinkedIn, I just personally believe they are not necessary.

I want them to keep the good relationships that DCB has created in his short tenure (especially COH). I'd hate to see things stall there again... I also hope they keep Michelle and PL with RAC.
