Having shareholders interests at heart and providing more communication may not mean he's the best person for the job though.

To the best of my knowledge Dr T has no experience running human clinical trials asides from the failed Newcastle trial and in the 5 years he was at RAC in his v1 stint they failed to get a single patient dosed.

I'd rather someone who comes with clinical experience at this level over someone who means well but lacks the CV. He's having to lean on the job and build connections, which is detrimental to timelines for shareholders despite his peppy words saying all will be well.
