IMO perspective and hindsight are two wonderful things.
DCB did conclude the City of Hope agreement with what others suggest are reasonable to good terms.
We have no knowledge of the finer details of the agreement and I suggest it would be good to get an independent report on its worthiness and validity. Maybe that was low hanging fruit and maybe it wasn't...
Maybe the good Dr T will enlighten us on what went down in his memoirs or over a beer.
Can we agree the immediate goal is to get RAC SP back above $2?
