I don’t remember ever reading about a penalty for a biotech failing to deliver milestones before ….but maybe it's more common in the US….I wish shareholders could incur penalties on biotech boards for failing to hit their promised milestones!

I never felt good about that C of H deal…I always thought Zantrene was supposed to be so good that other companies would court RAC, rather than RAC having to promise the earth to City of Hope…and if they didn’t deliver, RAC would suffer some unspecified punishment…

and I am so jaded about RAC these days that my paranoid brain could imagine those punishments being quire dire, such as city of Hope saying, “well, give us those $22m in biobucks anyway…or if you can’t pay up, give us half your company's shares”!

race is too hard…

here is another question floating around in my paranoid brain…

what if once the new formulation is finally tested on real-live human beings, it precipitates…again (which was the problem with the original 110 formulation.

how do we know 220 won’t precipitate or do something else horrible once injected into a peripheral blood vessel?
