has AML become a legacy pathway to approval second to cardio protect? I would seriously consider a partnership forming for aml off the back of Sheba 2.0 and ASH2023.
No point IMO running a Decitabine trial and Venetoclax trial, unless both companies front up with biobucks. Good idea though as it provides an incentive to get in first.
Solid tumour FTO and cardio protect for breast cancer, but is there an issue in validating FTO in this setting. Or would it need to be monotherapy? I liked the sound of a randomised trial if that brings about a solution or a pan tumour trial?
Looking forward to the new update has to be on point, strategically, financially and include program timelines.
