Dr. T is correct, the Biotech and pharmaceutical sectors are off the hotspots and difficult to attract investment now. So startup - medium size biotech companies have to be lean on project and spending, in contrast, the DCB strategy- thinks too big and ends up with running out of money sooner, a longer project timeline with potential budget failure and low ball takeovers.
