Overall net positive.
The big thing here that most have glossed over is JC leaving. This is a good thing. It's been strongly speculated that internal conflict between he and a certain other major party created an untenable situation. It seems in every battle, there's eventually a winner and a loser. Looks like we now know how this has played out. Sometimes it pays to play the long game.
This was a good outcome for shareholders today.
Ultimately, it remains to be seen if the new (improved?) BOD and management can land the partnership talks in a post-DCB world and how much the proposed roadmap is altered to address potential funding questions.
