Brendan is not a full time CFO. This announcement is a requirement of the ASX where any change in CFO must be reported.
We changed our accounting/finance needs from PKF to Prime as they were better suited to our current needs. Prime have been handling our R&D Tax claims and have been excellent and they have a very good understanding of the biotech industry.
