If I recall correctly, the issue is one of pricing.
AML pricing would be lower than the cardio protection pricing and FTO pricing.
...and once a drug price is set in the US it can't/won't be changed.
So perhaps best to get Zantrene priced on highest best use first. i.e. Cardio.
