IMO a little too much focus on how many shares a board member holds.
There are other ways they can demonstrate their alignment with shareholders.
This announcement has not changed the boards capability.
...because they are still the same people.
Despite changes in management, and at board level, I have yet to see anything that alters the story and opportunities for RAC. Getting the right people with the right skills and experience into the right roles should help to maximise success. We all want outsized success, however, whether the deal is $30, $100 or $200 per share it will be a great result from here. Cheers
