some ppl can confuse share price, with market opportunity as being the same as someone is willing to pay. Also what they “want” to get for to perhaps retire.
Basically Pharma will pay 50%-100% premium to SP max otherwise they can just action a hostile takeover. Won’t vote then they won’t buy simple as that.
Prometheus is a good example $10b but peak sales estimate at $20b. As always Pharma defaults to the lower of a x5 multiple and 50%-100% SP premium.
