Would first get some data from dose-escalation stage. So depends how long it takes to recruit each dose cohort and advance to next.
Next to consider is time to evaluate response.

Response I think would be measured after a full set of cycles. Would be fairly onerous to subject a patient to a CT scan every 3 weeks and accessing machines at this high rate would be challenging. So they might evaluate at 3-4 month intervals ( as above ).
Time to get Phase 1B readout depends on how many dose levels, how many patients in each cohort and time interval for follow-up.
