You say yourself - "I think this is what is happening, as I can no longer understand RAC announcements."
Sometimes the best thing to do is to keep asking questions and clarify why timeframes have continued to evolve.
The IV formulation (one would hope) will be absolutely beneficial to the eventual roll-out of human trials.
But if you don't believe in the story, you have every right to exit your position. I do think it is a bit folly to call out the HC "ra ra crowd" - most of what has been expressed regarding today's and the latest update have been clearly discussed.
