I suggest it wasn't a risk assessment.
It was more likely an assessment of how much profit they could make out of RAC.
i.e. they can't afford to allocate a business banker for a lousy annual card fee.
Having said that, next time you get knocked back on finance please do let me know.
As a finance broker, I reckon I could have arranged a card for you or your corporate entity.
