It's a terrific development, for those familiar/invested in RAC. Obviously Prof VH wants to finish what he started, it's reassuring for holders.
But, no, like someone stumping up real cash to take a new position, UHNWI, funds etc. Happy to wait for a licensing deal until CPACS validation.
Obviously you continue to buy - but you might just be as daft as the rest of us.
