I was thinking the same thing and then saw this article online.

One of the people that popped up in the article was Prof Michael Sherris, the emeritus professor at the School of Risk and Actuarial Studies at the University of New South Wales.
Dr T he seems well qualified and local to provide some external feedback on value.
