Long story short, you can kinda guess what sort of announcement would be released tomorrow, if RAC can "control" or "hold" the info until the last day of the quarter as they indicated, most likely it won't be anything substantial and price sensitive from a third party (i.e. FDA, takeover bid, results of trials...etc). Because they would need to disclose the info ASAP when the become aware of. If RAC has received the info but needs time to prepare and write up the announcement, they'll need to request a trading halt to prevent any insider trading or leaks happening.

My best bet is RAC has been spending time to prepare the strategy and upcoming timeline in regards to Pillar 2 (or any other Pillars) and has most likely finished, just waiting to be released tomorrow. This would fall under the category of "The information concerns an incomplete proposal or negotiation", therefore it doesn't require RAC to release the info, until that proposal has been completed.

But that's just my wild guess so don't take it as a financial advice whatsoever.
