Dr.T quitting which I considered a key person risk actually materialised. With highly experienced interim CSO and a new CMO in place this hole may be (very) partially plugged though the original and creative thinking that Dr.T brought to table will be missed. SP went from about $2 (since DT left) to about to the bottom of $1.16 combined with other factors you mentioned.
DCB replaced Phil Lynch, and since we have come out from under the radar, has been active in marketing in the US, signed the very big deal with COH and now GMP deal with Ardena, promised a strategic update in Q3.
Mary named Chairwoman replacing JC who is now NED.
Some positive and others may be neutral/ negative changes - only time will tell but we may be unable to entangle the cause and effect.
