Whilst it referred to low dose, accumulated dosing was 500 mg to 1,000 mg which massive and still no reduction. Actually, some LVEF increased slightly post 24 hours after infusion. Is this support for 'absence' of cardiotoxicity or 'cardio protect'? Would also note these were naive patients apart from 1 with Dox.
