IMO RAC management would be very reluctant to dilute.
So the partnership would be just a commercial agreement to licence our IP for a disease in a geographic region.
In exchange for the partner funding trials, making milestone payments and paying us a royalty on their eventual sales.
Wombat may have a different view.
