It will slow things down to a snails pace and errors will be made , its about mindset with scientists and when bombs are dropping no one can concentrate , just imagine it happening in Australia even if the bombs were pointed at Sydney and you lived in Perth ? we are so sheltered in Australia to what happens OS , life is cheap in Israel thats why lots of human experiments are done there , although I see a big risk with full on war.
