Poor man, if Sydney was getting bombed I don't see businesses or research being stopped in Perth. During WW2 in London, the arts were stilled being studied (funded by the government), shoes were still being shined and researchers were still conducting research, even though destruction was imminent. I don't see a big impact unless they consrcipt the researchers, let's hope they're all not 18.
