"To run the programs committed" being the key statement here.
In other words, if we add to the program commitment (speed things up and/or explore new uses for Bisantrene - increasing shareholder value), more funds may be required. Makes sense, right?
Nobody representing RAC has ever said, we won't be carrying out a CR. They simply said that CURRENT trials are covered.
