- New opportunity = Obesity? Knowing that FTO is key to it and Zantrene can show efficacy? OR how about covid vaccine or some form related to Covid? Brain cancers given potential for blood brain barrier (BBB) penetration abilities with low IC50 values (I remember some intelligent posts by Mason & Dr.T like 6 months ago).

- Melanoma: only 5% projected addressable market size? I think mgmt didn’t want to put 20-50% given the numbers would get get them laughed at even though that might be quite possible to achieve.

AML: Overall AML 20% may be but higher % of EMD AML?

So, per their own admission quite conservative but when we start marketing we better not be very humble!
