Well, not only doing it for us shareholders,
doing it for himself Don't forget he is the largest shareholder so even if he can get another $10 off the big pharmaceutical company that's another
$10 mill for him if he has 10 million shares
I forgot the exact amount he actually has it's just an example.
So could be a smart move on his behalf if this turns out to be the case
