There's enough interest and discussions happening with external sources to understand where/who wants in and at what price.
There's disagreements at the RAC table on value and what the board will accept or recommend to accept.

The writing is on the wall within RAC that an offer is coming, and Daniel knows as part of the company can't make a recommendation that opposes the CEO/Chairman/other directors.

However Daniel as a private shareholder can say what he wants including rejecting such in bound offer, he also knows through what he has created enough trust with most of the shareholder registry in the last 3 years that he would have the support of most and stepping down is the best way to gain a larger transaction through playing hardball.

He makes the hard decision to step down before it lands. The BOD think they are in control and will start running for the finish line, however i think we all have enough belief and voting power to retain control of what happens here.

Yes my biggest concern was that the BOD that are left do not have enough skin in the game, We shareholders need to stick together and reject any low ball offer that may be given.
