The market research document is an internally facing deliverable that the consulting firm would deliver/present to RAC. I think they already have it in hand. As others have said, it was due months ago, so maybe there's a reason they are keeping it close to the vest. And it could be also part of the ammo that is getting potential collaborators etc very interested quickly as DCB alluded to.
