The timing of the board change close to end of quarter is interesting just because there is not much time to wait for us to see changes in this group of figures ( number of shareholders with > 100,000 shares as well as % of overall register this group holds ).
Changes in volume and the big jump in volatility will mean an increase in shares going to short-to-medium term traders, perhaps helping increase liquidity.
BG’s position likely to close soon ( we can only imply from broker data ) but increased volume today and probably next week makes impact of his selling on price less prominent.
About a 4-5 week wait for next quarterly report.
There’s another week of trading to close out the current quarter.
Will group go up or down from 244?
Will share of register go up or down from 62.67% ?
This group will be key in rejecting low ball offers that may eventuate.
