I think this is the most likely reason
DR T has left and reasons.
1: clearly the board want a quick buyout so they are going full throttle with cardio which we will have it all wrapped up within 2 years buyout.
And did not want to wait for 5 years with FTO.
2R T is in it for the science we're the rest of the board are for the money.
3: The board got a lot of FREE SHARES and will be happy with a quick turnaround and happy to move on with $10-$15 and pocket $100,000,000
I would be the same so this is not a bad thing. I believe we will get a buyout price earlier.
It just means we are not going to get probably $150 a share we could get something between $10-$70 who knows, but this is the reason I believe quicker turnaround quicker pay day for the board
