Perhaps a deal is being structured by the Board, that DT doesn’t want to be seen as part of because he thinks it’s gotta be much more. Whether that deal is around partnership, or sale, who knows.
so rather than doing the fighting inside, he moves out and can use his voting power as he wishes.
He’s clearly said, it’s for shareholders benefit, he’s moving out, so
Friction seems to be around immediate sale vs partnership and sale later etc..probably around pricing too.
Anyways let’s wait and see.
Hopefully common sense prevails and Zantrene data will dictate these conversations.
