It's been clear for awhile that RAC doesn't have the resources to take on both huge opportunities at once. We are very fortunate as shareholders to have both IMO.
As a shareholder I would be happy to sell the cardio opportunity to BP and spin out the FTO and beyond zantrene pillar into a new co. listed on the NASDAQ. All existing holders get pro-rata shares in the new co. and it IPO's into the USA.
