Go see for yourselves ,
I have posted the link.
go to 3 minutes in,
1/ DR T says shareholders interest always comes first
2/ as a director, you make decisions that might conflict with your own, personal wishes and desires.
It's always shareholders that come first.
3/this particular case, I put shareholders interest above my own personal interest.
it's clear that DR T is looking out for us all and himself as he is the largest SH.
to me it also shows Damien does not share the same views that SH come first call it body language whatever,
(He will stand tall as have his name as the CEO that moved the company and helped people around the world and lots of quick cash)
But not to concerned as he is fast tracking this program to achieve a buyout quicker than we can imagine,
It may be less than what we are all expecting with FTO with it but he will get it done.
I strongly believe that and the decision I believe for DR T leaving is part of FTO we won't have a chance to determine how good it really is as RAC will already be in the hands of
BIG PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
that's were the friction between DR T and management is I believe.
The opportunity for FTO dollar wise is absolutely humongous,
but there is a lot of testing and funding that would need to be done to get it to that stage.
we would of needed more funding and definitely an additional three years.
The CEO I believe, and the other managers directors besides Dr T would rather a quicker time frame, and they can walk away with cardio protection in their belt, which is still a massive achievement and good for patients around the world, and it's actually still going to be very rewarding, for us money-wise.
And I do believe Dr T as he says he's looking after all shareholders knows this and believes it is the best way to move forward. So thank you Dr T I hope this is the case and you have done a fantastic job.
I'm happy just to stick with cardio protection and be done and dusted within the next two years Max, then wait five years and needing heaps more funding.
just have to wait and see I'm not too fussed about the day to day fluctuations, although it does get under my skin but I believe in the company and what we have is something as Dr T says once in a Lifetime opportunity
