By fundamentals changing are you referring to DT leaving? Or have the fundamentals of the drug and how it works changed?
I think your concerns are a normal and healthy human reaction. So I guess it’s just time that everyone does their DD again and comes to a conclusion of what they believe will happen. Simple.
