It's not nothing if our chairman is indeed holding these views. "Barely spoken" is the issue, Beaza. I would rather press the point and get some clarification than have rumours festering the in background.
It's not about the BOD deliberately f*ing the company. It's more the BOD looking for a fast out, while also not being particularly forthcoming with their position on current valuation.
