I get the overall point. However, Jesus was happy to be sacrificed for the sins of mankind (Mann/Man - German variant).
Two scenarios
1.Dr T skills were deficient as CSO and as a board member for a transaction with big pharma - which doesn't cut it we supposedly have JC and others to take care of that.
2. He disagreed with the execution of how/when shareholders would get their value. We gotta remember JC has tax bills to pay.
Board meeting room: Sorry mate - we don't "insert excuse". Could you possibly take a walk out the door? Anyway look at this amazing team we have - yay. Look at all these things which are awesome and will increase shareholder value.
Meanwhile, shareholder value is, in the short term, dropping and could drop more without Dr T on the exec team.
