While you could be right, could “management” be broadly used to refer to the board as well?
There is only one Executive Director and that is DCB.
Not much we can do but wait and watch what DT does - does he push for any form of vote or action against anyone? If not let’s hope our mgmt & BOD deliver. We can always show up at the AGM and ask pointed questions.
