respect you taking half your salary in well out of the money options - it is certainly is a strong signal of faith in the company.
I assume the number of shares was calculated using B&S valuation of the options? Can I ask if this valuation was done by a 3rd party or just agreed between yourself and Race (my interest is in understanding the implied volatility that was used in this case and who determined it).
