This is an exceptionally good move by the company the only drawback in the buyback is why the company has not been able to purchase BG's shares off market with a mutually agreeable buyout. My only conclusion for this is that they didn't want to reward BG with an excessively high buyout, as it turns out I believe the company is getting the remainder of his holding at a bargain basement SP. We'll played RAC.
